WHAT WE SAY:

The most common coffee crime is a dirty machine. It makes your coffee and your machine very unhappy. Good news it is also very simple to manage. Cafetto is the industry standard and Australian made. We use ut at home and in all our cafe customers.

WHAT THEY SAY:

Cafetto Espresso Clean has been tested by NSF and certified to protocol P152. This guarantees that Cafetto Espresso Clean will not taint the coffee and is not corrosive to the espresso machine.

Daily group head cleaning:

• Remove coffee filter from group handle
• Replace with steel or rubber blind filter
• Add 1 level scoop of Espresso Clean into the group handle
• Insert into group handle and run brew for 10 seconds
• Stop cycle and allow to sit for 10 seconds
• Repeat this start and stop cycle 3 more times
• Remove the group handle and rinse blind filter with water
• Repeat the same 10 second start stop process 3 more times
  
• Remove and clean group handle and refitt filter basket
• Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season machine

Daily group handle cleaning:

• Add two scoops to a vessel with 500ml hot water
• Soak group handles and filters for minimum 10 minutes
• Rinse and clean thoroughly in running hot water
