The original Airscape® coffee and food storage canister features a patented inner lid that actively removes and locks out air to help preserve freshness and flavour.

Most food storage containers are airtight, which means they seal air in with the contents. Airscape® works differently, forcing out the freshness destroying air to help extend the life of coffee, tea, flour, sugar, cereal, seeds, herbs, nuts, pet food, and other perishables.

Made from durable galvanised steel with a food safe matte finish, the Airscape® canister resists staining and odour retention. The clear BPA free top lid lets you see what’s left inside, while the BPA free inner lid makes its signature swooshing sound as it’s pushed down, so you can actually hear it working.

The patented Airscape® plunger lid fits snugly inside the canister. A two way valve pushes oxygen out as the lid is pressed down. Once the lid is sitting just above the contents, the handle is flipped down to lock it in place and reduce further oxygen exposure.
